A couple of thoughts.

I haven’t written anything here in a while so I thought I would write up a little general update.
Last time I wrote here it was about the Skate game, I haven’t played in the past two weeks, not necessarily because I’ve already grown tired of it but because I have largely fallen back into my awful habit of being on YouTube all the time and not having time for anything else. I think I have some weird type of FOMO when it comes to my quite large subscription feed, I really feel bad about skipping uploads, I mean I’m subscribed for a reason, right.
Windows 10 has recently reached end-of-life but I honestly can’t be bothered to update to 11 yet. I figure that as approximately 40% of active windows systems use Windows 10 I’m in rather good company. I probably won’t get on 11 until I buy a new computer, at this point it probably isn’t to far away anyway as my current laptop is seven or eight years old and is no longer in the best of health.
My efforts to keep organized in my archiving is continuing, I imagine that this will kind of “rest of my life” project. Right now I’m waiting on orders of some additional flash drives, a couple of storage boxes to help me keep the physical shit I own in order. I have also gotten a “FreeMcBoot” memory card for the PlayStation 2 to hopefully be able to backup old childhood save data.
I have taken a bit of a pause in my reading of books in order to listen to audio-books, I was gifted a 30 day trial to one of those streaming services I’ve listened through "The Stranger” by Albert Camus and am currently about halfway through Franz Kafka's “The Metamorphosis”. I’ve focused on these shorter novellas because of the 30 day time limit but also because I’m not totally sold on audio-books, sure, it’s been fine —I’ve enjoyed the stories and it’s not moving at a snail’s pace like my reading. But with actual reading there’s some sense of satisfaction that I’m currently missing.
… So, yeah, that’s all I could think to write at the moment.
